Due to the quality and nature of JOY STUDIO products and services, the lifespans, purchase cycles, and after-sales service periods are longer than for ordinary consumer products and require appropriate customer follow-up as well as adapted timeframes.

The data in your Customer account is therefore retained and used for a maximum period of 5 years from your last purchase or interaction with the JOY STUDIO brand (contacting customer service, participation in an event). At the end of this 5-year period, JOY STUDIO may contact you again to find out whether or not you wish to continue receiving information about its offers, news, and events.

Data relating to past transactions with JOY STUDIO is retained and archived for periods that may vary depending on the type of data and not exceeding 10 years, so that JOY STUDIO can fulfill its administrative and legal obligations. Beyond these periods, the data will be destroyed.

6-2 If you are a JOY STUDIO Prospect
